With the festive season approaching, garage owners are urged to check the DVSA’s reduced support schedule.
DVSA online services on GOV.UK will remain available throughout the festive break. This means the MOT Testing Service (MTS) and slot purchasing portals should remain accessible 24/7, barring any unplanned technical outages.
While online services will remain active, physical centres and, crucially, customer service support will see significant reductions.
