INEOS expands UK retail and servicing network

INEOS Automotive is enhancing its UK retail and aftersales network as part of a strategic shift to a franchise model, designed to better support new and existing customers.

To maintain seamless support during the network transition, INEOS is also in discussions with mobile service providers to assist customers in regions temporarily affected by restructuring. =

Keith Gotts, a long-standing 4×4 specialist based in Alton, Hampshire, joins the aftersales network to provide servicing in a high-demand region.

In the North West, Halliwell Jones in Chester is expanding with a new service point in Wilmslow to meet growing customer needs.

Lloyd Motor Group is extending its partnership with INEOS to become the official retailer for Newcastle and the wider North East.

In addition to offering test drives, maintenance, and a full range of new and pre-owned Grenadier 4x4s at its Lloyd Select showroom in Newcastle, Lloyd is investing in two new Carlisle sites.

One Carlisle location is strategically positioned to serve rural and farming communities near an agricultural auction site.

Both sites will operate under Lloyd AllRoad, INEOS’ 4×4-focused brand, delivering expert advice and ongoing support to customers in the region.

Tom Johnson, Regional Director, UK & Ireland at INEOS Automotive, said: “While the network evolves, we will continue to support both new and existing customers by extending the remits of our current sites and adding mobile service support where required.

“It’s fantastic to see our core partners expanding operations to foster our growing customer community.”

The transition from an agency model to a dealer network allows INEOS to optimise the customer experience, with faster deliveries, flexible finance options, simplified trade-ins, and improved access to approved used Grenadiers.
