ClickMechanic, the UK’s online booking platform connecting vehicle owners with vetted mobile mechanics and garages, has expanded its parts supply with the integration of GSF Car Parts into its automated quote engine and job management software.

The latest development brings live inventory data from GSF Car Parts directly into ClickMechanic, giving technicians across the UK greater visibility of available parts and helping reduce delays when sourcing them.

“Integrating GSF Car Parts gives our network immediate access to expanded regional parts,” said Andrew Jervis, Co-Founder and CEO of ClickMechanic. “It’s about taking administrative friction out of parts sourcing so independent repairers get maximum stock availability, protect their margins, and keep work flowing.”

The addition of GSF Car Parts increases the number of options available to technicians and helps improve access to local stock. By identifying available components earlier in the repair process, the integration is designed to support greater workshop efficiency and reduce vehicle downtime.

When a customer requests a repair through ClickMechanic, the platform’s software automatically matches exact-fit component data with real-time parts availability. The system identifies the required components, applies trade pricing and job details directly within the ClickMechanic app.

“We’re delighted to establish this API connectivity between ClickMechanic’s repairers and our branch network to make ordering from GSF as easy as possible,” said Lee Forty, National Accounts and GE Director at GSF Car Parts. “This is an exciting partnership and we’re committed to providing the best service we can to independent repairers looking to order from within ClickMechanic.”

The integration forms part of ClickMechanic’s wider aims to help repairers streamline daily operations. Customer payments are pre-authorised the day before the repair, helping eliminate bad debt and ensuring direct bank payouts within two working days.
