Milltek Sport unveils dedicated performance exhausts for Hyundai N range

Performance exhaust specialist Milltek Sport has expanded its portfolio with a new range of systems developed exclusively for Hyundai’s N division, giving hot hatch enthusiasts a premium alternative to the usual crowd favourites.

The new Milltek offerings cover the full line-up of N models, including the i20 N, i30 N, Kona N, Elantra N, and the now-discontinued Veloster N.

Each system has been designed to complement the unique character of Hyundai’s high-performance vehicles, enhancing both performance and sound.

Milltek has been producing Hyundai N products since the launch of the i30 N and has continually developed new systems for facelifted models, as well as the i20 N, Kona N, Elantra N, and Veloster N.

Options include EC-approved road systems, motorsport-ready set-ups, and a variety of tailpipe finishes such as Polished Stainless, Cerakote Black, Brushed Titanium, Burnt Titanium, and Carbon Fibre.

Cat-back, GPF-back, EC-approved, and motorsport options – with valved and non-valved variants depending on vehicle spec.

The Derby-based company is also set to release motorsport downpipes featuring high-flow catalysts for the i30 N, catering for both pre- and post-GPF systems.

Additional tips and customisation options allow owners to tailor the look and sound of their vehicle.

Kev Hall, Operations Manager at Milltek, said: “Hyundai’s N cars are a breath of fresh air in the hot hatch scene.

“They offer something different to the usual suspects like the Golf GTI or Civic Type R and that’s exactly who we’re speaking to.

“If you’re thinking outside the box, your exhaust should reflect that.

“We’ve created this range as a celebration of what Hyundai has achieved with the N brand.

“These are serious driver’s cars, and a Milltek system brings even more personality, performance, and sound to the experience.”

Milltek emphasises that these systems are specifically engineered for full N models, rather than the N Line versions which focus primarily on styling rather than performance.

Every system is tailored to the individual car, whether it’s the 275bhp turbocharged Kona N or the dual-transmission Elantra N.

With uprated catalysts, GPF-back options, and motorsport-spec downpipes, Milltek’s Hyundai N exhausts cater to enthusiasts seeking everything from road-friendly performance to track-ready setups.
