Milligan Auto Diagnostics resolves Skoda Yeti blower failure and Ford Courier wiper fault

Milligan Auto Diagnostics demonstrates systematic electrical troubleshooting to resolve a dead heater blower motor on a 2014 Skoda Yeti and a faulty wiper switch on a Ford Courier.

Using HGS Data wiring diagrams, the technician first tackled a Ford Courier with non-functioning windscreen washers. By back-probing the grey-brown tracer wire, he confirmed an internal switch failure after finding no ground signal.

Moving on to a 2014 Skoda Yeti with a dead cabin blower motor, initial checks at the motor confirmed a complete lack of power. The technician extracted the HVAC control unit from the dashboard to test the heavy-gauge red and white supply wire.

To trace the source, he removed the glovebox to access the T10 Delta connector plug. He discovered the connector was not fully seated, which had caused high resistance, severe terminal corrosion, and melted plastic around the power pins.

Rather than replacing the damaged wiring loom, the technician cut out the corroded connector and hard-wired the blower motor circuit directly, restoring full heater and control panel function.
