The Anarchy Garage fabricates custom cantilever suspension for 6×6 Lamborghini Gallardo

The Anarchy Garage has engineered a bespoke cantilever pushrod rear suspension setup for its ambitious six-wheeled Lamborghini Gallardo build.

Fabrication specialist Phil crafted 90-degree bell cranks operating on 16mm stainless steel pivot pins and 12mm through-bolts, housed in precision-machined nylon bushes to mount BC Racing coilovers.

To handle the suspension loads without flexing, bent structural tubing was coped and welded into place, following the diagonal visual lines of the Gallardo’s factory engine cover.

The team also tackled driveline modifications, sleeving and welding a 30mm driveshaft to extend axle two, while fitting Audi S8 outer CV joints to keep the front wheel bearings retained in rear-wheel-drive spec.

After completing tack-welding and checking articulation across full travel, the rear subframe received a rapid-turnaround powder coat in Porsche acid green before final reassembly.
