HELLA UK is set to make a strong showing at this year’s Road Transport Expo (RTX), exhibiting for the first time as a combined force of Original Equipment (OE) expertise and aftermarket capability at stand GR35.
Taking place from June 30 to July 2, 2026, at NAEC Stoneleigh, RTX is a key fixture in the UK road haulage and fleet calendar. HELLA will be exhibiting its latest developments in commercial vehicle lighting, designed to deliver durability, visibility and performance in demanding operating environments.
“RTX 2026 is an important opportunity to demonstrate how OE-level engineering and aftermarket access can sit side by side,” said Dave Clark, Lighting Product and Brand Manager at HELLA. “Fleets are operating in an increasingly demanding environment, and they need solutions that deliver reliability, safety and uptime without compromise.”
HELLA’s new DynaRay Lightbar range will be making its debut, on display in slimline and double-row variants, with lengths spanning 9.6 to 37.5 inches. Designed for superior visibility across varied terrain and weather, DynaRay uses a sophisticated faceted LED arrangement to minimise blind spots and reduce driver fatigue, while offering a premium visual effect through a distinctive “breathing light” welcome and goodbye sequence.
For operators prioritising a discreet aesthetic, HELLA will also showcase the Black Magic Edgeless Pro range, which features a unique “black-out” design that allows the lightbar to blend seamlessly into a vehicle’s grille or bumper when not in use. Engineered with a slim profile and UV-stabilised polycarbonate lenses, the series delivers high-boost illumination when required and provides a wide, homogeneous amber or white position light to further enhance vehicle appeal.
HELLA’s new Antares next-generation spotlights will also be on display. The premium LED driving lamp uses advanced reflector technology to deliver an immense 10,200 effective lumens in high boost mode. It consolidates high beam, white or amber position lighting, daytime running lights, and ECE R65 warning flasher into a single, anodized anti-corrosion housing. Further additions are planned later in the year, including 7-inch and rectangular versions.
Elsewhere on the stand, the K-LED Nano beacon series will also be on-show, offering rotating and flashing modes and meeting international ECE-R65 and ADR standards.
The display will additionally include a selection of HELLA’s established OE lighting products.
HELLA’s compact full-LED rear lamp combines a distinctive dual light-strip design with a durable, space-efficient housing built for heavy-duty use. For trailers, semi-trailers and specialist applications, the LeanLED II combination lamp provides a robust and efficient lighting solution.
A newly developed HELLA trailer rear lamp will be featured for the first time too. Featuring ‘Edge Light’ technology to deliver a highly distinct, homogeneous light signature, this robust, 5-in-1 module seamlessly integrates stop, tail, direction indicator, reverse, and rear fog functions into a single unit and is available in both standard and compact sizes.
Engineered for 24 V systems, the trailer rear lamp is fully ADR and ECE qualified and features an integrated electronics setup to manage flashing side markers alongside a flashing direction indicator. It generates an ISO pulse in accordance with ISO 13207-1 for direction indicator failure control, while offering robust electrical connectivity via a central 7-pin AMP DIN bayonet connector paired with four 2-pin AMP Superseal connectors.
Additional safety-focused products include HELLA’s LED rubber arm clearance lamp, designed with a return function that allows the unit to spring back after impact, supporting stability at speed.
HELLA will also showcase its innovative Modular Lightbar, a low-profile, 52 mm tall solution that offers unprecedented versatility through a configurable design where users can mix and match LED modules for warning, work, and signal lighting.
“This modular approach allows customers to freely configure the lightbar to meet their exact needs by combining the base unit with the required modules, while the design also facilitates quick, easy repairs of individual sections if damage occurs,” added Spencer Grinham, SOE Sales Director at HELLA UK.
Completing the RTX lineup, the FMS Base and FMS Prime work lamps deliver slim, aerodynamic designs suited to restricted mounting spaces, with output reaching up to 2,500 lumens in the Prime variant and housed in corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminium.
