The current Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the international automotive supplier HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA (“FORVIA HELLA”), Philippe Vienney, is leaving the Management Board. Accordingly, his Managing Director contract, which expires 28 February 2027, will not be renewed at his own request and for personal reasons.
Vienney (60), who was born in France, has been a member of the Management Board of FORVIA HELLA since 1 March 2024, and has been responsible for the Finance & Controlling corporate functions. Before joining FORVIA HELLA, Vienney served over 25 years in various finance positions within FORVIA SE, a global automotive technology supplier, most recently as Chief Financial Officer of the Clean Mobility Business Group.
Information on the replacement for the position of CFO at FORVIA HELLA will be provided in the near future; Vienney will closely engage in the transition process to his successor.
