HELLA has secured TecAlliance’s Premier Data Supplier status on TecDoc for the third consecutive year, recognising the company’s continued investment in high-precision product data and vehicle-to-part mapping for the independent aftermarket.

The achievement reinforces HELLA’s commitment to helping garages and motor factors quickly identify the correct component first time, reducing the risk of incorrect orders, unnecessary delays and disruption to workshop productivity.

“As vehicles become increasingly complex, accurate parts identification is more important than ever,” said Ian Boyle, IAM Sales Director at HELLA. “Achieving Premier Data Supplier status for three years running demonstrates our commitment to supporting workshops with the accuracy they need to maintain fit-first-time reliability and run an efficient, profitable business.”

With modern vehicle systems becoming increasingly sophisticated, selecting the correct replacement component has become a critical challenge for independent workshops. A single cataloguing error can tie up valuable ramp time, delay repairs and create additional administration between garages and motor factors.

By maintaining TecAlliance’s highest standards for data quality, HELLA provides reliable vehicle-to-component matching across its extensive product portfolio, supporting technicians as they identify parts for an evolving vehicle parc.

The TecDoc Premier Data Supplier standard evaluates manufacturers against strict criteria, including data completeness, accurate vehicle linkage and clear product information. HELLA’s continued recognition provides confidence for distributors and repairers sourcing components for increasingly complex technologies, including electric vehicles and advanced thermal management systems.

“Reliable technical data is a critical part of the aftermarket supply chain,” said Ian. “By combining our OE expertise with precise digital cataloguing, we help motor factors and workshops access the information they need to keep vehicles moving and repairs on schedule.”
